Turbomeca UK has a total commitment to continuous improvement of all its operating processes with the intended outcome of providing an excellent customised service to all of their customers. Lean practices are employed throughout the Company to provide a focus for achieving the most competitive quality, cost and delivery values in our market place.

Implementation of Lean is sustained by our commitment to the training of all employees in best practices and the focus on improvement of value adding activities through selective projects. The most recent Lean activities have centred around the build and ongoing configuration of a new 3,000 sq mtrs workshop for the MRO business unit (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) and the expansion of new manufacturing activities into the CMA (Complex Mechanical Assembly) dedicated facility.
