In today's competitive environment, it is essential that companies both operate to maximum efficiency and continuously review their processes and competencies. Turbomeca UK has incorporated lean processes into the fabric of its operations, so that such reviews are carried out as part of the company's normal operations.  These plans and procedures are known collectively as "Action V".

 

Action V is part of  our strategic plan and helps us to achieve our aims and objectives. Our mission, to provide excellent customised service, means taking a holistic approach to quality and continuous improvement. Such an approach ensures that the visibility and needs of each customer is addressed by the collective effect of the company's processes and our own staff competence.

Continual Progress

Action V sets out the essential systems, structures and procedures reporting required for continuous improvement. This improvement is accelerated by capitalising on skill bases, actively sharing knowledge and encouraging the growth of collaborative action across every process; from design through production, administration, sales and services.

The success of Action V depends, essentially, on our people identifying and highlighting the very best practices and applying them where they are most effective.

Action V also makes it possible to use the size of the whole Turbomeca group to the advantage of all its members. It also provides a framework for steering, arbitration and pooling of resources for Group-wide projects.
