Manufacture, Assembly, Test
We build components – including oil pumps and air starters – for gas turbine engines. We have delivered over 500 air starters for the Eurofighter/Typhoon programme and are now shipping a similar product to Microturbo for the Aermacchi M346 jet trainer. In each case, our people strive to integrate with customer teams, the better to assist with configuration control, cost reduction, design evolution and project management tasks.
Other skills lie in hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies, and we maintain the production and test facilities necessary to produce most parts in this range. The NDT section offers dye penetrant, Magnaflux, ultrasonic and Eddy current facilities. We also maintain a secure environment; ensuring that your IP and critical technological know-how will remain safe in our hands.
